WINTER SAFARI FAMILY GIVEAWAY WITH WELLNESS WAREHOUSE & NYOSI WILDLIFE RESERVE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Vie Sante (Pty) Ltd is the organiser of this promotional competition, run in partnership with Wellness Warehouse, and Nyosi Wildlife Reserve.
Participation in this competition signifies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the competition rules, as well as the applicable Wellness Rewards Terms and Conditions.
- DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
- In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context indicates otherwise:
- “Promoter” refers to Vie Sante (Pty) Ltd, the primary organiser of this promotional competition.
- “Wellness Warehouse” refers to Wellness Warehouse (Pty) Ltd, a rewards and pharmacy retail partner participating in the promotion via its Wellness Rewards programme.
- “Nyosi Wildlife Reserve” refers to the Eastern Cape-based lodge offering one main competition prize.
- “Participants” means members of the public who meet the eligibility criteria and enter the promotional competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- “Participating stores” are Wellness Warehouse stores nationwide stocking Vie&Sante Gummies and linked to the Wellness Rewards system.
- “Wellness Rewards” means the rewards programme operated by Wellness Warehouse (Pty) Ltd , whereby customers earn rewards and qualify for promotions by presenting their mobile number at the point of sale.
- “POS” refers to the point-of-sale system at Wellness Warehouse store locations where qualifying purchases must be made.
- Any reference to the singular includes the plural and vice versa, and any reference to a gender includes all genders.
- Eligibility:
- This competition is open to South African residents only. Entrants must be 18 years or older and have a valid South African ID.
- Employees of Vie Sante (Pty) Ltd, Wellness Warehouse, the Promotional Partners and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- Entry Mechanism:
- To qualify for entry, customers must purchase any 2 Vie&Sante Gummies products in a single transaction at participating Wellness Warehouse stores between 1 June 2026 and 31 August 2026.
- Each qualifying transaction containing at least 2 Vie&Sante Gummies products constitutes one automatic entry, regardless of the number of products purchased.
- In qualifying Buy 2 Get 1 Free transactions, the lowest-priced Vie&Sante Gummies product in the transaction will be free.
- The free promotional item forms part of the qualifying promotional transaction and does not constitute an additional entry.
- No manual entry or online form is required.
- Only purchases recorded through the official Wellness Warehouse POS system and linked to a valid Wellness Rewards membership will be eligible.
- Entries are tracked through the Wellness Rewards system and submitted into the draw by Wellness Warehouse’s central data.
- Participating stores are those affiliated with the Wellness Warehouse network that stock Vie&Sante Gummies and are equipped to process Wellness Rewards transactions.
- Promotional stock is subject to availability and while stocks last.
- Prize Details:
- One winner will be selected to receive:
- A 2-night stay for a family of four (2 adults + 2 children under 12) at Nyosi Wildlife Reserve (Eastern Cape).
- Includes all meals and daily guided game drives
- Excludes transport to/from the venue and personal extras

- Prize Exclusions and Winner Responsibilities
- The prize is limited to accommodation, daily game drives, and meals for a family of four at Nyosi Wildlife Reserve, as specified in the competition prize details.
- Please note:
- The prize does not include transport, flights, petrol, travel insurance, spending money, or any additional items not explicitly stated.
- Prize winners are solely responsible for contacting the relevant game reserve to make their booking, using the voucher or prize letter that will be issued to them upon confirmation as a winner.
- Winners must arrange and cover the cost of travel to and from the venue themselves.
- The reserve may apply exclusions or blackout dates at its own discretion. Any extras not covered by the prize must be settled directly with the reserve.
- The prize must be redeemed as awarded and cannot be exchanged for separate nights or partially transferred.
- Prize Conditions Specific to Nyosi Wildlife Reserve:
- Valid from 1 September 2026 until 30 April 2027.
- Booking is subject to availability.
- Children 4 and older are permitted to go on a game drive.
- Accommodation type will be subject to availability.
- Includes all meals and one guided game drive per day.
- Excludes: Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.
- Voucher is redeemable subject to availability and excluding public holidays and non-operating days.
- Voucher is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- A copy of the voucher letter must be shown to our Reservations team when booking.
- For reservations assistance please email reservations@nyosireserve.com with a copy of the voucher.
- Transfers, flights, and any additional expenses incurred during your visit will be for your own account.
- Winner Selection & Notification:
- Winners will be randomly drawn from qualifying entries by Wellness Warehouse based on their rewards system data.
- The draw takes place in mid-September 2026.
- Winners will be contacted via the contact details linked to their Wellness Rewards.
- If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, an alternate winner will be drawn.
- The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the competition and winner selection is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Promotional Partners
- Nyosi Wildlife Reserve is a promotional partner in this Competition and has generously provided an accommodation voucher as part of the prizes. However, they are not responsible for the conduct, administration, mechanics, communication, or outcome of the Competition.
- All queries, comments, or complaints regarding the Competition, its execution, or winner selection should be directed exclusively to Vie Sante (Pty) Ltd, the official Promoter via hello@vieandsante.co.za.
- By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that no legal action or claim may be brought against the Promotional Partners in relation to this Competition or any resulting prize experiences.
- Vie Sante (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason beyond its control.
9. General:
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
- By entering, participants agree to allow Vie&Sante and the Promotional Partners to use their name and/or photo for promotional purposes.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., including Facebook or Instagram.
- Vie Sante (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition where required to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- By entering this competition, participants consent to the processing of their personal information by Vie Sante (Pty) Ltd and Wellness Warehouse (Pty) Ltd solely for purposes directly related to the administration of this competition, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
10. Indemnity and Liability
- By entering this competition and accepting the prize, participants and winners agree to the following:
- Vie Sante (Pty) Ltd, Wellness Warehouse (Pty) Ltd, and Nyosi Wildlife Reserve, including their directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and agents, shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, illness, or death resulting from participation in this competition or from acceptance and use of the prize.
- Winners and their travel companions enter and stay at the respective lodges entirely at their own risk. Participation in any activities, including game drives, guided walks, or other on-site experiences, is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
- It is the sole responsibility of the winners to obtain adequate travel insurance prior to travel. This includes cover for personal injury, medical costs, repatriation, theft or loss of property, cancellations, missed departures, and any adventure or sport-related activities undertaken at the lodges.
- All guests must comply with the rules, terms, and safety protocols set by the game lodges. The prize providers accept no responsibility for any circumstances beyond their control, including cancellations due to weather, illness, wildlife, or other force majeure events.
- Neither Vie Sante (Pty) Ltd nor its campaign partners are responsible for any technical failures, interruptions in access, or loss of data or entries due to website or network errors. While all reasonable care is taken, users interact with the competition website at their own risk.
- By accepting the prize, the winner waives any claims of liability against all campaign organisers and their partners for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during the prize experience.
