Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of South Africa. 

Our courier company will deliver your order to your preferred address. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. There are no deliveries on weekends and public holidays. 

Customers purchasing with a total of R450 or more can enjoy free delivery of their orders.

While we partly subsidize the cost of delivery, we charge a flat rate of R75 In Western Cape and R95 outside Western Cape for orders under R450.

Note: Free Shipping is based off on the Last Total and not the Subtotal (Total before any discounts or coupons). 

We’re so excited for you to receive your shipment, orders will arrive in 3-5 business days. 

We will contact you within 1-2 working days to notify you and provide with options e.g., swap for a similar product, receive store credit, or get a refund on the item. 

Tracking details are sent via dispatch email from our Courier. You will receive regular updates on the status of your delivery from our Courier Services. 

Should the order still be at our warehouse, Please contact our customer service department on the email hello@vieandsante.co.za, to update your delivery address. 

Please note, once the order has already been delivered or left our warehouse, we will send you a courier quote and arrange for your order to be sent to your new delivery address.
