Refunds & Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that we only accept returns on damaged, defected or incorrect products. We don’t accept returns based on taste, flavour or on your expectations of the products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@vieandsante.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale/discounted items will not be refunded.
Vie&Sante reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient, or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. In cases of unavailability, we will refund you in full, without any deductions within 7 days.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Any item part of an order, that is either damaged or broken for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 days.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. Refunds can also be issued in the form of store credit, items of similar value, or a replacement product.
Should you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Should there be no reflection of the refund, we advise that you contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

The following are exempt from refunds:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
- Discounted/sale items
- Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, follow our returns process below.
Please inspect your order upon collection and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that are on sale or gift cards. Email our customer service department at hello@vieandsante.co.za. To arrange for product collection, we will provide you with a return form and courier quote for your completion. Once the item/s have been received, you will be refunded. Refunds are generally processed within 30 business days.

Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns, exchanges or product replacements made past 7 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
