Vie&Sante Competition Terms and Conditions

Before you enter, please take a moment to read through these terms and conditions which apply to the competition hosted by VIE SANTE PTY LTD (hereafter referred to as “the Promoter”).

Eligibility:

Open to South African citizens aged 18 and above, residing at a South African address, with a valid ID.
Employees of the Promoter, Brand Collaborators, Prize Partners, Participating Pharmacies, their families, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible.

Participation:

By entering, participants confirm their legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms.
The Promoter’s decisions are final.

Entry:

Follow the entry mechanics as described on the promotional advert and the V&S website.
Participation constitutes agreement to all terms here.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected at the Promoter’s discretion and contacted directly.

Prize:

Non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash.
Must be claimed with a valid South African ID.
Limited to one prize per person within a three-month period.
Unclaimed prizes may lead to a redraw.

General:

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition without notice.
This competition is not affiliated with any social media platforms but may use them to promote the competition.
Entrants agree to promotional use of their image and content.
Data collected is for the use of Vie&Sante and will not be shared.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, cheating, or breaching these terms and conditions.
This promotion and its terms and conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. To the extent that the Terms and Conditions or any goods or services provided under the Terms and Conditions are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (the “Consumer Protection Act”), no provision of the Terms and Conditions are intended to contravene the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

Participant information is for Promoter’s use only and won’t be shared.

Vie&Sante reserves the right to adjust or cancel the competition and terms without notice.
